February Total Body Workout



This month's workout includes two circuits using equipment in our personal training studio.

Circuit #1

Suspension Row, Squat/Squat Jumps, Double Rope Slams and Kettlebell Swing

Circuit #2

Suspension Pushups, Inchworms, Stability Ball Leg Curls and Planks
